This gives these top-quartile candidates the ability to be informed about elite opportunities without sacrificing confidentiality with their current employer. We understand the importance of a confidential search therefore we will never release your resume to any company without your knowledge and permission. You know exactly which clients you are being presented to.

In Depth Client Knowledge - We are committed to understanding our clients, their business needs and their corporate environment. We visit each client site to see the work environment and meet the management team making the hiring decisions. This process enables us to find the perfect candidate to meet the qualifications of the position and the "chemistry-fit" of the team. Our careful, thorough understanding of clients and candidates is the key to our success.

Interview Coaching - We understand the interview process and we are an integral part of the process from start to finish. We begin the process by giving you a compensation assessment. This is an honest and fair assessment of your market value, which will help you gain the position you desire. We offer suggestions on resume improvements, with our goal being to make the resume as productive as possible to help in getting the interview. Once our client agrees to the interview, we spend a significant amount of time preparing you for the meeting. We will educate you with position specifics, management team personalities, interview styles, and company background information. Once the interview is completed we require our candidates to call us with interview feedback. This enables us to answer any questions the client may have as well as give the client reinforcement of your interest in the position. We also help in the negotiation process. We serve as the intermediary between you and your new company in order to receive the best possible result. Our goal is to gain your confidence in our ability to represent you to potential employers and to assist you in your career goals and objectives. We feel confident that no one knows our clients better than we do.
